📜 eScript™ Terms of Service

By purchasing or using any product from eScript™, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not proceed.

All products are digital-only (scripts, keys, licenses, tools) and are delivered electronically—no physical items are shipped. All sales are final: no refunds, exchanges, or chargebacks. Once access is delivered, it cannot be revoked. Any disputes or chargebacks will result in a permanent ban and loss of access.

Purchases grant a personal, non-transferable license. You may not share, resell, leak, upload, or give access to others, nor attempt to modify, bypass, or reverse engineer any product. Misuse or violations will result in immediate termination without refund.

You are responsible for keeping your keys, files, and access secure at all times. Lost or compromised access due to user negligence will not be replaced.

We do not guarantee compatibility with all executors, platforms, or future game updates. Products are provided “as is”, and functionality may change at any time. Lifetime access is only guaranteed if explicitly stated.

All content, including scripts and branding, remains the intellectual property of eScript™. Purchasing does not transfer ownership.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue products, as well as suspend or terminate access for any violation of these terms. Service availability is not guaranteed.

eScript™ is not responsible for any damages, including account bans, data loss, misuse, or issues caused by third-party platforms or updates. Use all products at your own risk.

These terms may change at any time. Continued use means you accept the latest version.
